I ordered a bag from Coach everything looked legit when it showed up. The packaging was nice, the tags looked right, and the leather felt how I’d expect Coach leather to feel, so I’m confident it’s authentic. I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I’m just tired of having to keep checking on orders instead of getting clear updates. Nothing major went wrong, but it did add a little hassle. Overall though, I’m happy with the bag and I’d probably order again...

I bought a Coach bag from coach about 8 months ago, and I’ve pretty much used it every day since. The leather still looks really good, and the zipper hasn’t given me any trouble at all. The corners are showing a little wear now, but nothing too bad with how much I carry it around. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the strap got a bit softer faster than I expected. Overall though, it’s a very solid bag and I’m still happy with it

I ordered something from Coach and ended up having to return it. The refund did come through eventually, but it definitely took longer than I expected... Customer service was fine, not terrible or anything, just not especially helpful either. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the money had come back a little faster.
